Soils

The soils are of alluvial origin, formed from volcanic ash from the Quaternary period (2.5 million years ago), over Ignatius granite material resulting in clay such as Biotite and Muscovite.
The soils have good drainage, deep and have a natural muddy texture, with moderate permeability and good drainage.

It has good percentage of organic material in the first and second profile, with an abundance of porosity and good grounding and roots up to 2 meters in depth.

The lands are of a reddish dark brown color, almost flat with an incline between 1% and 3%, with medium to high fertility.
