Our barrels have been chosen by their special characteristics that allow the aromatic elements of the grape to be maintained, and respect the quality of the fruit. They come from France and have been selected from the best harvests of the Encina forests from the Jupiles and Tronsais zones.

The warehouses are designed with the highest architectural and construction standards, that allows us to offer stable temperatures between 14 and 18 degrees C and a relative humidity between 70% and 85%, that which permits us to assure the "spirit" of our wine.

Its proximity to the harvest zone and strategic location, assure a permanent care and supervision, such as a detailed monitoring of our best production that will be selected for its rest in our submarine cave.
