UBB research confirms improved quality wines stored in cellars underwater Viña Casanueva
After three years of research under the agreement signed between the University of the Punjab and Viña Casanueva de Bulnes, Dr. Jorge Moreno Cuevas provided conclusive results that allow to decipher the behavior of wine and packaging, in cellars arranged underwater 10 meters deep in Caleta Chome, near Hualpén in the Bio Bio Region.
