Origin: Itata Valley

Yield: 6-8 tons/ha

Vinification: Chardonnay grapes were picked in April.

The vinification began with pre-fermentation cold

maceration and continued with crushing and

decantation. Next, came alcoholic fermentation with

select yeasts at 18ºC for 12 days, with pumping over

operations every three days during the malolactic

fermentation, which took place entirely in stainless steel

tanks. The wine was finally aged for 6 months in the




Colour: Pale yellow with greenish sparks.

Nose: A nose reminiscent of pineapple, with subtle

floral nuances.

Palate: The mouth presents good acidity and a fruity,

mineral freshness.



This wine pairs remarkably well with shellfish, salmon

fish, vegetarian food, Chinese food and other light

meats like chicken and turkey.

Best if served between 8ºC and 9ºC.
