Yield: 6.5 tons/ha

Vinification: The grapes were handpicked in April-

May. They were then subjected to pre-fermentation cold

maceration and later to alcoholic fermentation with

select yeasts at a maximum temperature of 28ºC, with

pumping over operations three times a day for 8 to 10

days. A complete malolactic fermentation was later

conducted with native and select yeasts.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: This wine has profound dark-red purple color

Nose: Presents a blackberry and mature fruty aroma

with a touch of spices.

Palate: It is potent, intense and with a good body, his

tannins are round and give the wine a long end.

 

SERVING TIPS

This wine is an excellent choice for many types of

meats like, hunting meats, rabbits, birds and aged

cheeses too.

Serve at 15ºC to 18ºC.
