Reserva Pinot Noir

Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir

Appellation – Origin: Itata Valley

Yield: 8 tons/ha

Vinification: The grapes were handpicked in March, were

then subjected to pre-fermentation cold maceration and later to

alcoholic fermentation with select yeasts at a maximum

temperature of 26º ºC and 28ºC, with pumping over operations

three times a day for 8 to 10 days. A complete malolactic

fermentation was later conducted with native and select yeasts

for 8 to 14 days. The wine was finally aged in the bottle for

six months.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep red with the tonality of the Pinot Noir.

Nose: Intense, fresh and mature, very complex, with notes of

jams, toffee, acid red fruits, with a vegetal hint.

Palate: Flavourful and concentrated, with good acidity and

very complex.

SERVING TIPS

This wine match very good with a red and black fish, terrines

and bread. Ideal for soft cheese and dry fruits.

Serve at 11ºC to 12ºC.
